Pension insurance certificate
At the time of their disenrollment all students receive a pension insurance certificate ("Rentenversicherungsbescheinigung"), which confirms the times they were enrolled at TH Köln for pension insurance purposes.
Pension insurance certificate available in CaMS
After your disenrollment your pension insurance certificate will be available for download in TH Köln's campus management system (CaMS). You will be able to access CaMS with your CampusID and password for another 6 months after your disenrollment. Make sure to download and save and/or print your pension insurance certificate for future reference.
Requesting a replacement certificate
If you are no longer in possession of your pension insurance certificate you can request a replacement. Please use the form available for download on this page and submit it to the responsible Office of Student Services. The new certificate is issued free of charge, the processing time is approx. 4 weeks.
