Requesting a substitute TAN list

Please contact your Office of Student Services by email to request a new TAN list.

Change your PSSO password

PSSO can be accessed using your campusID and password. If necessary, you may reset or change your password yourself.

Please send an email from your university email account (firstname.lastname@smail.th-koeln.de) to the Office of Student Services on your campus.

Make sure to include your student ID number as well as the name of your program.

The Office of Student Services will process your request and send a new TAN-list as an email attachment to your university email adress.
