Have you successfully completed your stay abroad? We hope that you were able to gain valuable experience during your time abroad. After your return, you have to do some follow-up work and, depending on the program, submit the relevant final documents.

Erasmus+ Internship

Please complete the following documents no later than four weeks after completing your Erasmus+ internship. We can only pay you the second Erasmus+ funding installment after all documents have been submitted. If the documents are not available on time, the entire mobility grant must be reclaimed.

  • Submit the Traineeship Certificate - Learning Agreement Part 3: "After the Mobility" or the original internship certificate to Alice Herma in the Department of International Affairs.
  • Upload a detailed final report as a PDF version in the online application portal. Please describe on a maximum of four pages your experiences on the topics of preparation, planning, organization and application for the internship, accommodation, internship tasks, everyday life and leisure time as well as a personal conclusion.
  • All students who have taken part in an Erasmus+ mobility are required to complete the EU online survey after completing the mobility. You will automatically receive a corresponding link after completing the internship. Please be sure to observe this email and the deadline stated in your email.

Erasmus+ Studies

Please upload the following documents to Mobility Online no later than four weeks after completing your Erasmus+ study semester. If the documents are not available on time, the Erasmus + mobility grant may be withheld or reimbursed.

  • Detailed experience report - In the report, please describe your experiences on the topics of preparation, planning, organization and application at the host university, accommodation, studies at the host university, everyday life and leisure time as well as a personal conclusion on a maximum of four pages.
  • Please submit the original letter of confirmation to us with the signature and stamp of the partner university. Note that no changes will be accepted with Tipp-Ex.
  • The EU questionnaire to be filled out online (EU Survey). You will automatically receive a corresponding link after you have completed your semester abroad. Please be sure to observe this email and the deadline stated in your email.

The following documents must be submitted by March 31 or August 31 received by us. The processing and creation is not only in your hands, you are also responsible for receiving it within the deadlines:

  • The transcript of records will be issued to you by the host university. You can upload this as a copy / scan to Mobility Online. If the transcript of records is sent directly from the partner university to the Department of International Affairs, you will be informed of this by e-mail.
  • Learning Agreement - Part 3: "After the Mobility" must be uploaded to Mobility Online.
  • Application to the examination board for the approval of academic achievements abroad. Not every faculty will approve automatically your academic achievements after your return. Please inform yourself about the individual steps early on from the examination board of your faculty.

PROMOS

After completing your stay abroad funded by a PROMOS scholarship, please submit the following documents to the Department of International Affairs:

  • Please upload your detailed experience report as a PDF document in Mobility Online.
  • Please also send a certificate of your stay abroad (studies = transcript of records from the host university, internship = confirmation of the internship, summer school / language courses = certificate of attendance) by email to Jörg Schmitz-Michiels.
